What is the Delivery time for my order?
Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days on average. If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks, please contact our team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
How can i track my order?

Why can't i track my order?
Tracking updates may take 2-5 days to appear. If no info is available initially, check back later. If you still can’t track your package after 5 days, contact us at support@propabuy.com for assistance.
Why did my shipping not come in one package?
We ship from multiple international warehouses (US, Europe, China) to ensure faster delivery. Orders with multiple items may arrive separately, so don’t worry if some items arrive before others—they’re on the way!
How do i pay for my order?
We currently do not offer flexible payment terms. We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and VISA for secure shopping. All prices are in EURO, and our system automatically converts your currency at checkout for convenience.
Which currency do you accept?
Our products are priced in USD , but don't worry—our system will automatically convert the amount to your local currency based on your country.
My discount Code didn't work.

How do you ship , and what is the price?
We will ship using one of 3 of our shipping partners, Fedex, DHL, and USPS.
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping option. Generally, unless we're running a particular promotion, standard shipping is free over $50. Priority Shipping options are available for expedited processing.
Why is my shipment status unchanged?
If you don’t see any updates in your shipment status after a while, don’t worry—it doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving. It simply means your order is on its way to your destination country. Depending on the shipping method, there may not be further updates until the package arrives at a port in the destination country.
How do I request a return or replacement?
Our return policy is simple and worry-free: If you're not 100% unconditionally satisfied with your pet supplies, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to request a return or replacement, please Email us with your order number.
